After a relatively pain free overnight bus fro Tokyo, Bojan and I arrived in Kyoto. Today we thought was a booked 9am tour of the Imperial Katura Villa and after hauling arse from the bus station to the taxi rank we eventually we made it to the gate just in time. I presented the all important paper and the man at the gate immediately pointed out that we where a day too early. Everybody burst out laughing, and the fella behind him possessed a laugh and smile that bordered on evil. We made their day. Nonethless, we had a great day meeting up with Dejan later on to see Fushimi Inari Shrine and Tokaidojo which was close by. Later that evening Dejan met up with a family friend while Bojan and I strolled around the city ended, up at a couple of bars and then the Gael Irish pub for some beer, banter and num nums.
